In an effort to maintain an elevated experience, all cancelations made less than 24 hours will loose their deposit. All no shows will be charged 50% of the service price. If you have made an appointment within 24 hours, this will be considered confirmed and any cancelation or no show will be held to the same policy. We value our time and the time of our guests, last minute cancelations or no shows take away from another guests experience. Please be mindful when reserving time.
